Yes, upon request. Due to the dimensions and weight of many search and rescue materials, we choose the best shipping channel for each shipment. If your country is not on the list, please contact us for the costs. Then we will arrange it together!

Yes, as soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track-and-trace link via email.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt. Within this period, you can cancel your order free of charge by sending us an email at info@beeldenbeest.nl with your order number.

Return the product within 14 days of notification, unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.

You can also request a return for your order via your Beeld & Beest account. Alternatively, you can send an email to info@beeldenbeest.nl with your order number.

We will review your return request and get back to you as soon as possible with a response.

Within 14 days of receiving the return, we will refund the full purchase amount to the same account you used for payment.
